Privileged Access Management Implementation for Liberecká IS, a.s.
Coordinated the complete technical delivery of a ManageEngine PAM360 privileged-access solution under public-procurement requirements — from vendor communication to deployment, documentation and handover.
Context
Delivered under a public-procurement contract, the project required a privileged access management solution based on ManageEngine PAM360. The requirement was not a single product installation — it covered the complete technical solution, from vendor cooperation through deployment, documentation and a structured handover, with the formality that public-sector delivery demands.
Challenge
- Deliver a complete technical solution, not just install a product.
- Operate within public-procurement scope, documentation and acceptance requirements.
- Coordinate the technology vendor and the client toward one delivery.
- Establish privileged-access controls that the client can operate and audit afterwards.
My role
Technical project lead and solution coordinator — responsible for the complete technical project lifecycle rather than only the installation of the product.
